Bundanoon markets – 18 September

Excuse the terrible photo, but we had a pretty early start today. After a very busy few days preparing the food and getting some basic marketing materials sorted, we were up at the crack of sparrow finishing off one of the dishes, cooking some rice and packing the car. And here we are at our very first markets. In the Bain Marie we have the very yummy Middle Eastern chicken tagine, ready for people to try or take home. In the wee fridge we’ve got bread and butter puddings and a sharp and boozy limoncello  tiramisu. We’re pretty pleased with the pies and have already sold two, even before the markets have officially opened. Unfortunately it’s a bit drizzly and cool so people may rethink coming out but we have heard that there’s a bunch of teachers at the pub for a conference so that may yet mean a busy day.
